Dommage que l'article sur ce sujet intéressant ne soit pas accessible. Le remodelage pensé et mis en oeuvre par et au profit du réseau new yorkais n'a pas seulement provoqué de nombreuses guerres en Afrique et Proche Orient, mais aussi une désintégration de l'économie et un appauvrissement de l'Europe.
